Customization Options
Your custom artwork can be printed within the available imprint areas, including the Front & Back imprint area measuring 2 3/4" x 4" and the Bottom imprint area measuring 2" in diameter. The sample image demonstrates a full-color logo placement with business information, but the layout can be personalized with your own logo, artwork, company name, website, contact information, sponsor recognition, or promotional message. Applicable set-up fees and plate charges apply as listed in the product specifications. A proof will be provided via fax or email for approval before production begins.
Artwork Requirements & Ordering Information

To help achieve the best possible print quality, vector artwork is strongly recommended whenever available.
- Preferred file formats: AI, PDF, or EPS. These vector formats can be resized without losing image quality and generally produce the sharpest printed results.
- Accepted raster file formats: High-resolution TIF, PNG, or JPG files at a minimum of 300 dpi may be accepted. Low-resolution artwork may require recreation for an additional fee. Images copied from websites are often too low in resolution for printing.
- Submit original artwork files: Logos or artwork embedded in Microsoft Word documents, presentation files, or page layout files cannot be used for production purposes.
- Scanned artwork: PDF files generated from scanned documents may not reproduce clearly and may require artwork adjustments before production.
Color Disclaimer
Due to variations in monitor settings, browser configurations, and device displays, colors may appear differently from one screen to another. Since computer monitors are not calibrated equally and color reproduction online is not exact, Positive Impressions cannot guarantee that the colors displayed on your screen will precisely match the finished printed product.
We make every effort to ensure our product photography accurately represents the items we offer. However, because of differences in display technology and viewing conditions, we cannot guarantee that the colors viewed online are an exact reproduction of the final product you receive.
If an exact color match is critical for your project, we strongly recommend requesting a product swatch before placing your order. Reviewing a physical sample is the best way to evaluate color, material, and overall appearance prior to production.
Please note that products sharing the same color name are not necessarily identical in shade or tone. Color names are used for identification purposes only and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of a specific appearance. For example, one product labeled as "Red" may differ noticeably from another product labeled as "Red," and either may differ from an individual's expectation of that color.
Full-color imprint artwork may reproduce differently depending on the selected cooler color, supplied artwork, printing process, and display settings. Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. We cannot guarantee against normal manufacturing variances in color, shade, texture, material, imprint appearance, or finished size.
