Standard Size

Veterinary prescription pads from Positive Impressions meet and exceed industry standards. The pads follow standard sizing conventions, with one-part pads measuring 5 1/2" x 4 1/4". Two-part pads measure 5 1/2" x 3 3/4". One-part prescription pads have 100 sheets per pad and are sold in packs of five pads. Two-part prescription pads have 50 sets of sheets and are sold in packs of 10 pads.

Customizable Design

All prescription pads are printed with the standard fillable fields like the patient's name and address, the medication being prescribed and any special instructions. They also include a custom-printed header with the clinic's name, address and contact information as well as the prescriber's name, degree, license number and DEA number. A sequential number can be added to the pages for an additional charge.
