How to Use ClayPaws®
Remove the ClayPaws® modeling compound from the disposable wrapper and knead thoroughly until smooth and pliable. Flatten the clay and gently press the pet's paw into the surface to create the impression. Shape the edges and add decorative touches or personalized markings if desired. Follow the included baking instructions and bake at 275°F (135°C) for approximately 20 minutes. Allow the keepsake to cool completely before handling, painting, decorating, or displaying.
ClayPaws® Do's and Don'ts
Do read the instructions before beginning, clean paws, hands, and work surfaces, knead the clay thoroughly, follow all baking directions, bake at 275°F (135°C) for 20 minutes, and use water-based acrylic paints after baking if decoration is desired. Don't skip kneading, microwave the clay, paint before baking, air-dry the impression instead of baking, use aerosol paints or sealers, or permanently display the finished keepsake outdoors.
