Looking to add your logo or artwork to a product? Here are some image file tips to help us guarantee that you’ll love your personalized product:

1)     Submit files ending in:  .ai, PDF or EPS.  Hint:  A file name ending with .ai means that it was created in Adobe Illustrator software; PDF and EPS files are universal file types, able to be opened in most design software.  These files can be resized without losing the quality of the artwork. Simply put, your finished product will look the best if you provide one of these files.  Contact your logo designer If you were not supplied with these file types.

2)     High-resolution (300 dpi minimum) TIF, PNG, or JPG file formats may be accepted, but it is very important that these types of files are high resolution for editing purposes. When low-resolution files are submitted, the artwork may need to be re-created for additional fee, above the minimum $30 one-time setup fee. Be aware that art, such as JPG or PNG files, from websites is usually too low in resolution to use for printing.  Also, a PDF created by scanning a document may not be accepted.  

3)     When submitting your logo or other art, please use the original file. Files placed into a Microsoft Word or layout document cannot be used.
