When Will I Receive My Order?
Our products are shipped via UPS Ground Delivery. You can expect your product to arrive within 5 business days.
In a rush? Contact one of our customer service team members toll free at 877-761-5933 between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Central Standard Time. We offer a number of alternatives including overnight, two day delivery, and international delivery.
Our shipping costs are based on the order weight and shipping destination. After entering your business information, you’ll be able to calculate real-time shipping estimates via UPS.
When Will My Product Be Shipped?
Standard (non-personalized) orders placed before 3:00 pm Central Standard Time Monday through Friday are shipped the same day. Multiple products are boxed together to save on shipping costs.

Expedited shipping may be available upon request.
Can I Track My Order?
Absolutely! You can login to your Positive Impressions account any time to check the status of your order. You will also receive a confirmation e-mail with the UPS tracking code once your product has been shipped.
Sales tax will be collected where required according to state law.
